RVT/LVT position available at Wilderness Animal Hospital, a 4 doctor small animal practice.
Work with our team to provide excellent care for our patients and outstanding service for our clients. We value and rely on our licensed vet tech to be key team members and utilize them to their fullest capability. We aim to have our techs find career satisfaction by utilizing them to their fullest level of training and experience.
Major responsibilities include:
-managing patient care
-dental prophylaxis and minor dental procedures
-anesthetic induction and monitoring.
-client communication
-training and directing support staff to run the practice as smoothly as possible
-being a leader in the practice, modeling exceptional patient and client care, contributing to staff and team meetings and working with management to improve processes.
Position available is 3 to 4 ten-hour shifts per week, including rotating Saturdays. 3-4 day weekends off when not scheduled to work on Saturday.
Competitive salary: $15-20/hr DOE
Experienced preferred, but will train an exceptional inexperienced candidate.
