A $1,000 Signing Bonus, as well as a starting yearly salary of $33,280 to $43,680, (approx. $16-$21/hour) depending on your prior experience, is being offered for a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician at Vets For Less Animal Clinic in Federal Way. A current Washington State Veterinary Technician License is required for this position. The Claim Specialist position reviews medical records, chart notes, lab results, invoices, estimates, etc. in order to make an accurate assessment on received claims. The outcome of the claim assessment is then communicated to the pet owners via email and phone. The ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center is hiring.  We are a 24-hour emergency call center in Urbana, Illinois, and our technicians act as a lifeline for our callers.

This position assists in the management of calls that come in to the Animal Poison Control Center (APCC) hotline.  When in this role, staff members obtain a complete history, document exposure circumstances in the electronic medical record, calculate dosages and use in-house protocols to either manage the case or escalate it to a veterinarian. You also have the opportunity to contribute to other projects as needed.
