Effective winter quarter, Pierce College is updating its process for how students are placed on waitlists.

Starting winter quarter, a student cannot add his/her name to the waitlist for a class if they’re already enrolled in another section of the same class.  For example, if a student is enrolled in ENGL& 101, he cannot add his name to the waitlist for another section of ENGL& 101.

Students are still limited to waitlisting two classes.

The dates for winter quarter waitlist are:

Dec. 7:  Last day to add name to waitlist

Dec. 14:  Last day to be enrolled from the waitlist

Dec. 17:  Instructor signature accepted for class overloads
