Pierce College hiring for faculty and administrative positions
Pierce College is a vibrant learning institution boasting majestic views of the snow-capped Olympic Mountains and Mt. Rainier, and offering the benefits of rural, suburban and urban life in the Pacific Northwest. As part of the community and technical college system in Washington State, the District includes two colleges: Pierce College Fort Steilacoom, located in Lakewood, and Pierce College Puyallup, located in Puyallup, as well as a comprehensive extended learning program, including robust programs at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
A key to the District’s success is a high degree of collaboration amongst and within administrative and instructional departments, our campuses, and our extended learning programs. We are hiring a number of faculty and executive-level positions due to a combination of multiple retirements and our strategic efforts to improve student success. We invite applications from qualified individuals, who value student and colleague engagement, and are interested in working within a diverse, innovative, outcome and evidence-based learning-centered environment.
